The PA air cleaners are used in the pre-cleaning stage in order to separate the cereals from low-specific weight impurities such as: straws, empty grains, light seeds and dusts.
They are manufactured in hot galvanised sheet and are built in conformity with the directive 2006/42/EC and they are supplied for use in potentially explosive atmospheres according to the directive 94/9/EC.
The dirty cereal is distributed in the internal part of the machine and hit by an air counterflow for the removal of the light impurities mixed with the cereal.
The air cleaner is available in two different models according to the type of distribution of the product along the machine circumference: with rotating plate for the PA1200 and, for lower flows, the PA500 with dispersion cone.
The extraction circuit, the fan and the dusts decantation system are essential for correct machine operation and are supplied on specific request.
