Mulmix offers, for all its Business Units – Storage, Maxima HD, Feed, and Seeds – an installation and/or supervision service and, upon request, also the Mx On-Site Training, which consists of training provided by the Mulmix supervising technician to one or more of the client’s representatives, who will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the silos and the plant. An added value of this type of assistance is the ability of Mulmix supervisors to transfer knowledge and enhance the internal staff’s skills in the operational management of the plant.
The advantages of this type of training are numerous: it takes place directly at the customer’s site, is personalized based on the plant’s characteristics and specific work processes, and the training can continue even later online and remotely.
Mulmix provides all the user and maintenance manuals for silos and machines both online in PDF format (reserved area) and in print along with the plant.
